Ali Iannucci is one of the members of WE ARE HEROES, which were the first (and to date only) all female crew to win Randy Jackson’s America’s Best Dance Crew. This dynamic crew embodies power and positivity.

Before being a part of the winning crew in 2009, Ali had quite a journey to get there. She has been dancing since she was 2, with her mom being her very first teacher in Beacon, New York. While studying dance and dance history at University at Buffalo, she took a leap of faith and moved to Los Angeles, where she knew her dreams would unfold. Los Angeles is where her love for Hip Hop developed. Ali has gotten the chance to work with and train under award winning LockAdelic and Suga Pop (one ofthe original members of the Electric Boogaloos), as well as contemporary powerhouses like Suzie Taylor and So You Think You Can Dance choreographer Sonya Tayeh.

Since being in LA she has shared the stage with Rihanna, Justin Bieber, Steve B and Omarion. WE ARE HEROES has appeared on three different episodes of The Ellen Show, and are also the only dance crew to appear on The Oprah Winfrey Show. They have traveled all over the world dancing for artists, colleges, events and award shows. They are so excited to know they are part of inspiring all people to go after their dreams and to chase the impossible.

Currently Ali is exploring her choreography and teaching workshops across the country. She has choreographed for Universal recording artist Shontelle’s new single ‘Perfect Nightmare’. She was a guest choreographer on the Internet series ‘OMG TV’ by well--‐known entertainer and producer Joe Loera. Her passion for teaching and spreading her light and knowledge has grown since teaching at Millennium Dance Complex and Boogiezone. She feels being a teacher is a privileged position and understands the importance of encouragement. Ali is very excited for what the future holds as her career is just now taking flight. “Those who think they can change the world, Will”.
